When I download your card ideas, I can't see the pictures. What can I do?

You need to have Adobe Acrobrat Reader Version 5 or later installed on your computer. If you haven't got this you can simply download it from our website on our sign-up page. Just click on the Adobe icon. www.smartartcards.com/sign_up

I have paid and haven't received my card ideas yet.

Once payment is made, Smart Art Cards will send you an email to confirm your details. This is to conform to the worldwide Anti-Spam policy. Once your details have been confirmed, our automated system (Aweber) will send you the first 100 card making ideas. (this may take up to 24 hours)

**Please note, if you wish to contact Smart Art Cards, please direct all emails to sales@smartartcards.com or feedback@smartartcards.com. (Our automated mail out system (Aweber) does not accept emails)**

Please also check your server download limit. The 100 card making ideas have been split into 4 files to avoid large file size. Each email is approximately 2MB. Also check you haven't exceeded your download limit. Your internet server may not be allowing any content through if you have surpassed your limit.

Is the silent setter really silent? I have been using a hammer and I'm reluctant to use it at night in case I wake up my children.

The silent setter is just that! SILENT! Putting eyelets into cards has never been easier. If you would like to purchase one please contact us .

If I want to get hold of any of the materials you use to make your cards, where can I purchase them from?

You can purchase a lot of materials from your local craft store, or else you can contact us and can purchase through us.

Why is it that my guillotine doesn't cut very well? Sometimes it doesn't give a very straight or neatly cut edge.

Make sure you are pressing hard on the paper clamp so that the paper doesn't slip while you are cutting. Also it is worth investing in a good quality guillotine, the cheaper ones don't cut very neatly especially with the thicker papers and they tend to get worse with use as they blunt more readily.

What is Bazzill Card?

I have never got in to stamping before so what would you recommend to start a basic kit?

A good black inkpad is a must! We like to use Staz-On Inkpads as they give a crisp clear finish. When you are selecting a stamp, choose one that you know you will use over and over again. 'Happy Birthday' stamps are always a good starting point. When you get more adventurous you can experiment with embossing pads and powders.
